Your chosen caterer has full use of the catering Kitchen, allowing them to prepare and serve the Wedding Meal to their highest of standards. Our Wedding coordinator will assist with liaison between families to ensure your special day will be a success.
Our all – inclusive package includes the following and applies to your total wedding:
- Hire of main suite and balcony
- Hire of separate wedding breakfast suite
- 2 x prayer rooms, changing room and brides holding room
- Round tables, chairs, white linen tablecloths, cutlery, crockery and glassware
- Event manager to oversee the smooth running of your special day
- 8" Starter plate
- 10" Main course plate
- 7" Dessert plate
- Starter spoon
- Joint knife
- Joint fork
- Dessert spoon
- 10oz Water glass
- Paper napkin (colour of your choice)
- Corkage for soft drinks & spirits
- Over 100 free car park spaces

The FED kitchen conditions of use
Our kitchen cannot be used for cooking. Our kitchen equipment is only available for warming pre-prepared food. We can however supply fryers upon request. We will not supply chefs for your event but can recommend companies that have worked in the Fed for other Asian events.
Additional charges
Whilst you are free to organize additional aspects yourself, we are happy to provide them for you, as below:
- White Linen Napkins @ £0.50 each
- Waiting Staff @ £12.50 per hour minimum of 4 hours (1 member of staff per 3 tables)
- Draught Bar facilities will be provided by the Fed only, the account must be settled at the end of the event.
