We work with external caterers to make your dream celebration come true.
Inclusive Items Are:
•Hire of the function suite from 0700hrs on the day of your event until 23.59hrs
•One Supervisor to liaise with your caterers on the day
•One housekeeping attendant for the duration of the function for care of public toilets only
•Tables and chairs for up to capacity of function suite
•White linen napkins, and white tablecloths
•Crockery, cutlery & glassware for all guests for 1 set up
•Overnight accommodation and breakfast for the Couple or a day let changing room (10.00am to 6.00pm)
•Complimentary car parking for all your guests
•The selected caterer must provide pre–prepared food for regeneration only and they are also welcome to provide beverages except kegs of beer (supplied by hotel) and Spirits to be served from the venue bar.
•Your caterer is responsible for the set up of the reception rooms –tables will be put into position to your floor plan as provided, chairs will be stacked and your Caterer must set up the suite, setting of crockery, cutlery and glassware and setting of any decorations you may choose to provide
•Corkage –You can bring any soft drinks, spirits, wines, Champagnes, sparkling wines & bottled beer (facility for draught beer is not available) to be consumed at your event.
