Located on the edge of the picturesque Burghley Estate, within the historic town of Stamford, the William Cecil can accommodate weddings for up to 120 guests. Whether it be an outside wedding in our Garden Pavilion or inside using our Burghley and Exeter rooms, we believe in a truly unique experience for our couples, no matter the size. We can also offer exclusive use including our newly refurbished Mildred’s Bistro.

There are 26 bedrooms onsite, including our large Garden Suite which is used as our Honeymoon Suite. There are also a further 9 bedrooms at our sister pub, the Bull & Swan, just a two-minute walk away.
