OVERVIEW
We have been putting together bespoke events since 2013. We work with our clients to put together their ideal menu, with the 'feel' they want...whether that may be more traditional, or more relaxed. We cover the South Somerset, Devon, Dorset, South Wiltshire areas, and specialise in the home-style, traditional North Indian food. We also like to offer western dishes with an Indian twist, as they are a great way of combining seasonal British produce with our signature spice blends.
We originally started as an artisan spice producer...many years later, with 6 Great Taste Awards under our belt and 2 further divisions to our business - a cookery school and private dining & events (of which both are also award winning). Our spice blends sit at the heart of all our food, ensuring complete control from a taste and authenticity perspective, but also from an allergen and food purity perspective.
